One Breath Adventures provides services including but not limited to:

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or canceled at our discretion.

2. Eligibility

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically capable of participating in freediving, breathwork, and ocean-based activities.

You may be required to complete liability waivers and medical forms before participation.

3. Assumption of Risk

Freediving, breathwork, boating, and ocean activities involve inherent risks, including serious injury, illness, shallow water blackout, drowning, permanent disability, or death.

By participating in our activities, you voluntarily assume all associated risks.

4. Medical Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for consulting a physician regarding participation

  • You will disclose relevant medical conditions

  • You will follow all safety instructions provided by instructors or guides

One Breath Adventures reserves the right to deny participation if safety concerns arise.

5. Bookings and Payments

Payment terms for courses, coaching, and trips will be communicated at the time of booking.

Bookings may require deposits or full payment in advance.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refunds and cancellations may vary depending on the service or trip.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Deposits may be non-refundable

  • Last-minute cancellations may not qualify for refunds

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule activities due to weather, safety, instructor illness, or insufficient enrollment

If we cancel an event, participants may receive a refund or credit at our discretion.

7. Travel Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

  • Travel arrangements

  • Travel insurance

  • Passport and visa requirements

  • Personal medical preparedness

We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance for all trips and expeditions.
