Techniques, knowledge, and safety procedures for deep freediving 32-38m+. Students learn Mouth-fill equalization and how to safely train for dives below residual lung volume.
Successful candidates will be prepared for an Assistant Instructor role.

What You'll Learn
Advanced physics and physiological knowledge required for deep diving. The Mouth-fill equalization technique is the primary new skill taught and practiced in this course. Master students also learn how to safely setup and manage open water trainings and can fulfill the role of “Assistant Instructor”.
Prerequisites
Ages 18+
AIDA 3 or equivalent certification (crossover evaluation may be required).
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Primary Skill Requirements
3’30 STA, 70m DYN, 32m CWT dive, 75% or higher exam score.
Required Gear
Students are expected to have their own freediving-specific mask, snorkel, and fins. Students should also own their own weight-belts and wetsuit(s), a freediving lanyard, and a dive computer.
