Cancellation & Refund Policy

Reservations are not guaranteed until a deposit is received. Any changes to a participant’s reservation for any reason may result in additional fees which will be the participant’s sole responsibility. One Breath Adventures reserves the right to deny a reservation for any reason and, in such cases, any payments received will be fully refunded.
Courses:
Full payment is required at the time of registration, unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations greater than 72 hours from the start of the course are refundable minus a $50 fee to cover the AIDA student registration costs. Once a student has been registered for a course within AIDA, they will continue to have access to their profile and course materials, even after cancelling with One Breath Adventures.
If a participant cancels or requests to reschedule a course within 72 hours of the start of the course, a fee of $50, per participant, will be withheld from the total refund in addition to the $50 fee withheld to cover AIDA registration expenses mentioned above.
The $50 fee for cancellations or requests to reschedule within 72 hours of the start of the course may be waived in the event of serious illness or other emergency and is at the sole discretion of One Breath Adventures.
If a course or event is cancelled by One Breath Adventures due to insufficient enrollment, refunds will be issued less the $50 AIDA student fees mentioned above, if applicable.
Trips:
Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made fewer than 90 days from the departure date, unless otherwise stated.
For cancellations made 60 days or less prior to departure date, a refund of payments made will be contingent upon One Breath Adventures reselling the participant’s reservation. Reservations are only considered to be resold if all available spaces on the trip are sold.
Failure to complete trip payments by due dates may result in forfeiture of reservation and will be subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Refunds may not be processed until after a replacement participant has fully paid trip costs or the trip has occurred. All refunds of deposits and trip payments are subject to a $50 fee to cover administrative costs and third-party fees.
Travel insurance is highly recommended for domestic trips and required on One Breath Adventures international trips. Weather conditions, changes in local or global travel considerations, remoteness of areas, equipment/vehicle malfunctions, or other unforeseen situations may cause substitution of facilities, activities, and/or equipment causing modification to portions of the trip itinerary. One Breath Adventures reserves the right to modify and/or cancel trip arrangements due to unforeseen conditions and to substitute comparable arrangements. If a participant chooses to not partake or utilize trip activities or services or goods for personal reasons, no refunds will be made for canceled activities/services/goods provided in the itinerary. One Breath Adventures is not responsible for expenses due to travel delays, cancellations, lost baggage, illness, accidents or emergencies that occur during transit not operated directly by One Breath Adventures or its representatives.
One Breath Adventures and its representatives reserve the right to deny continued participation in any course or trip activity if the participant’s behavior is uncooperative, judged to be unsafe, or in direct violation of given rules or instructions. Refunds may not be issued in the case of participation denial due to violation of facility rules or safety briefings and will be at the sole discretion of One Breath Adventures.
All services are subject to availability and may be modified or canceled at our discretion. Cancellation of a course, event, or trip made by One Breath Adventures will result in a full refund unless otherwise stated.
