Take your freediving to greater depths! This course builds upon previous levels with more advanced theory, new skills, and training concepts that can be used to safely dive up to 30m(100ft) on one breath.
Thursday, August 27th: 6:00-8:00pm (virtual)
Sunday, August 30th: 10:00am-5:00pm (pool)
After registration, students will receive an email with additional course details, including a link to the first virtual class and the location of the pool in Lakewood, CO.
